• Building Chemist Latex Power is a high-quality SBR Latex specifically designed for waterproofing and repairs. It serves as an excellent bond coating for various applications such as plaster to plaster, concrete to concrete, plaster over brick masonry, and waterproof repairs. It is also effective for crack repair, especially for plaster cracks larger than 5mm and gaps between masonry and RCC chambers. Additionally, it can be used as a coating to prevent corrosion in rebars and combat efflorescence on salt petre or damp surfaces.
• This Styrene Polymer liquid is available in a white color and should be stored frost-free. It has an active solid content of 35 +- 1%. For waterproof coating, it can be mixed with water and cement in a ratio of 1:4:7 (S. Katex : Water : Cement). It provides coverage of 70-80 sq.ft./Kg for two coats.

• Building Chemist Latex is another SBR latex product offered by us, designed for waterproofing and repairs. It serves as an exceptional bonding agent between old and new concrete surfaces and acts as a cement modifier. It is particularly suitable for repair mortar used in repairing RCC beams, columns, slabs, and other RCC members. It is also widely used for waterproofing terraces, toilets, chajja, masonry walls, sloping RCC roofs, and more.
• The Latex URP can be utilized in waterproofing mortars/concretes and as an additive in plasters at a ratio of 5-6% by weight of cement content. It has a total active solid content of 28-2%, a pH value of 8-9, and a pot life of 30-45 minutes when mixed with cement at 30°C. The coverage provided is 20-22 sq.ft./Kg for two coats when using Latex cement in a proportion of 1:1.5.
